What makes our Training special?
Time is part of the learning process. In light of this fact, we break the training down to measurable steps that allow the franchisee to absorb the information.
The first segment is pre-training. The franchisee learns through video training on products and sales, operations manual and product binders. The time to cover this material is about a week to ten days and done at home.
The next segment is an intensive six day course with 150 preset training modules coupled with hands on tasks at an actual SILVER CROSS location. This course is extremely challenging and informative.
Then the franchisee goes back to their area and follows a set list of tasks to complete prior to our trainer coming to the franchise area. These tasks take about 1-2 weeks of work to implement.
The trainer comes to the franchise area to assist the franchisee in marketing, sales, showroom set up etc. for about 3 days. After the initial training, at first daily, then weekly meetings are scheduled via video conferencing for the few months of the franchise. Daily phone calls are expected and encouraged.
Each franchisee is being trained by someone with over 10 years experience in all aspects of our business system. Hands on tasks are a key part of the training process. Our overall training goal is to not only teach you the business but to pass on to you how to think, formulate strategies, problem solve and emulate our system.
